You may rent a house or a condo, but you still need insurance. Renters insurance is a necessity. Do not assume that your landlord has insurance for the building.

It is likely that your landlord’s policy does not cover your personal property. So if something happens to your personal property, you would have to pay so much money to have these replaced.

Sometimes just a surprise. Renters insurance is highly recommended for those who rent their homes because they can sleep more soundly at night.
